If you do decide you want your money back, let us know either by phone or email, and we will provide you with a return authorization number upon request. Returns must be made within 60 days of buying the product and customers pay the shipping cost. We do require that customers looking for a refund provide us with the original product bottle(s) and any unused product. 

Please note: Since we do care about your pets and always put their health first, all NuVet® products are made in a FDA-registered pharmaceutical lab. We do not resell any return products even if the bottle is unopened. A refund request associated with repeat orders, including those purchased through our AutoShip program that the buyer did not cancel beforehand, will incur a 20 percent destruction fee.
